I'm Aware a fat dude from Hawaii (Israel Kamakawiwo'ole) sang a great version of this a few years ago. It was legendary. Mine won't win any awards. 
I think you need an angelic voice for this song. It is angelic, isn't it. It was a slightly harder song to sing in all honesty.
